Kettlebell Goblet Squat

1. Stand with your legs slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, clasping a kettlebell in each hand in front of your chest with palms facing each other.

2. Bend your knees and lower yourself into a squat, keeping the kettlebells in the same position and ensuring you don’t round your back by tensing your glutes throughout.

3. Drive back up and repeat.

Kettlebell Swing

1. Stand with feet set wider than shoulder-width and bend your knees to grab the kettlebell with both hands.

2. Drive your hips, keep your back flat swing the weight up to shoulder height.

3. Return to the start position and repeat without losing momentum.

Kettlebell Russian Twists

1.Sit on an exercise mat with your knees bent, feet flat on the mat, and your upper body upright.

2.Hold the kettlebell out in front of your abdomen keeping your arms bent slightly.

3.Bend your knees, keeping your feet on the floor, and lean back slightly to balance your body.

4.In a smooth motion, turn your torso to the left and touch the kettlebell to the floor.

5.Return to the start position and repeat the same movement, this time to your right side.

Kettlebell Lunge and Press

1.Stand upright with a tight core and flat back, feet together.

2.Hold the kettlebell in your right hand, with the arm bent and the kettlebell at shoulder level.

3.Step forward with your right leg. The right thigh should be parallel with the floor. Drop the back knee. Press the kettlebell overhead.

4.Lower the kettlebell back to shoulder level and push back up to the starting position with the right leg.
