IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MICRO GAINZ DUMBBELL PLATES:
- Dumbbell plates have a 1″ diameter hole so they ideally clamp onto dumbbell handles that are 1″ or larger in diameter
- If your particular set has a smaller than 1″ diameter handle the plates will not grasp the handle correctly and will rotate on the handle
- Plates will not work with PowerBlock Dumbbells
