The CAP Barbell standard grip plate comes in a variety of different weight levels to allow the user a customized workout. It has a machined center hole and a baked enamel finish. The 3-hole grip design allows for easy and safe handling and the plates accommodate 1-inch bars. The grip plate is ideal for cardio vascular fitness and strength training.
