How long does it stay cold for? How long do I need to freeze it?

Up to 6 hours. Freeze for a full 2 hours at a low freezer temperature setting. This is the only product on Amazon that will actually stay cold up to 6 Hours.

Slightly bigger than a baseball. The Cryosphere ball diameter 3.14 inches. We purposefully made this bigger than a golf/tennis ball for a better foot/arch stretch and improved mobility for larger muscle groups.
